- Arrival Notification: Once you place your order, our driver will send you a text message to let you know the exact time they will arrive at the specified address as soon as possible.
- Collection of Your Pet: Our driver will carefully pick up your pet. You will also receive a candle and an order form during this visit.
- Cremation Process: Typically, the cremation takes place the following day. We will send you a text message to let you know when the process begins, allowing you to light the candle you received in memory of your beloved companion. Cremations start at 7 AM on weekdays. Please note, we do not perform cremations on weekends.
- Free Additional Keepsakes: You may request a paw print, a cremation certificate, and a fur clipping from the driver at no additional cost—they are all included in the service.
- Returning the Ashes: Once the cremation is complete, we will send you a tracking number for the ashes. For added convenience, we also offer personal delivery every second weekend.
